Spiral stabilization of the spine is a training method with simple exercises that are easy to learn and so ideal for practicing at home. The program is very effective and therefore well suited for all people. It can be learned from me individually during single sessions and also in combination with treatments.

Spiral stabilization was developed by Dr. med. Smisek for stabilization of the spine and the entire musculoskeletal system. It is based on the training of muscle chains.

The natural movement patterns of the body are restored with effective exercises from spiral stabilization and consequently the muscles begin to work together properly again. Muscle imbalances are corrected, shortened muscles are stretched and a new movement pattern is trained.

Spiral stabilization training is a method for people of different ages who want to do something themselves against their pains. According to the motto “treat yourself healthy”.
